A special lecture class on the topic ‘Biomass and Biorefinery processes’ by Diana Jose, PhD student in CPE program for master’s students was given during semester 1/2025. It provided an opportunity to delve deeply into the concepts of biomass utilization, biorefinery pathways, and their significance in sustainable development. The engagement and curiosity of the students were inspiring, as they actively participated in discussions and asked thought-provoking questions. It was rewarding to witness their enthusiasm for understanding the practical and theoretical aspects of biorefinery processes, which reinforced the importance of these topics in modern research and industry.
